Refund Policy

1. Overview

Nelion Finance Limited is committed to transparent and fair financial dealings with all our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are processed for overpayments, erroneous deductions, or canceled services.

2. Loan Repayment Overages

If a client accidentally pays more than their outstanding loan balance, the excess amount will be credited to the client's Nelion Finance account. The client may choose to have the overpayment applied to future borrowing or request a direct refund to their original payment method (e.g., Bank Account or Mobile Money account).

3. Erroneous Deductions

In the event of an unauthorized or erroneous deduction due to a technical error on our part or our payment processing partners, Nelion Finance will investigate the claim. Once verified, a full refund of the erroneously deducted amount will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Membership Fees

Loan Membership Fees and application fees are non-refundable once the loan has been approved and disbursed. If a loan application is rejected or withdrawn prior to disbursement, any upfront Membership Fees collected will be fully refunded.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • By visiting our Headquarters at Kibo Commercial Complex Wing 2, Tegeta, Dar es Salaam.
  • By calling our official hotlines.
  • By sending us an email with proof of overpayment or erroneous deduction.

Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to acknowledge the request and initiate the verification process.

6. Changes to This Policy

Nelion Finance reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
